As people become more and more health-conscious, sports such as mountain biking are growing in popularity.  The International Mountain Biking Association was created to help preserve biking trails across the world, and has now grown to have members in Canada, the USA, Europe, Australia, and Switzerland.  The association is a world leader in advocacy of trail biking, and if you are interested in a mountain biking holiday it is worth contacting them for tips and advice.

Another notable site is Jacob Lake which is very ideal for camping and hiking since it has a variety of wildlife and vegetation. Read more
